Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be an integral part of the marketing team, helping to shape our digital presence and drive digital and social media marketing strategies and executions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to analyzing performance metrics and optimizing digital tactics to drive and advance HCP, consumer, patient and community engagement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on digital and social marketing • Digital marketing experience in pharma, biotech, consumer health or OTC categories is required • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop preferred • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical advertising and promotion regulations • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external agencies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Strong understanding of and hands-on experience in managing workflows through legal and regulatory promotional review process • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong preference for local candidates in Northeast as in-office presence of up to 30% is required
