You will also have the unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners like Merchant leaders and Marketing Support to bring to life full-funnel digital performance advertising solutions for brands across categories you will own. You'll sweep us off our feet if... • You have 5+ years' digital sales and retail media/shopper marketing experience • You have a proven track record of leveraging data to create performance insights, compelling presentations, and identify sales opportunities • You can handle, grow, and prioritize multiple accounts • You take a team-first mindset and like to win together! Additional Qualifications: • 5 -7 years experience in digital sales, Search/Sponsored Products, Display, DR, Performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through • Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell • Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner • Strong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
