Senior Manager, Media Analytics (Multiple Openings)

Maplebear Inc. D/B/A Instacart in San Francisco, CA seeks Senior Manager, Media Analytics (Multiple Openings). Duties include: applying complex statistical methods, data models, and related techniques to automate complex analytical functions; defining project scope and deliverables for optimizing and scaling advertising metrics, data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide real-time insights, forecasted trends, and actionable recommendations; analyzing market drivers, campaign strategies, user data, and business goals to identify opportunities for improvement and new features; defining and implementing best practices for data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation to ensure accuracy and scalability of large- scale data pipelines; and other duties as assigned. Requirements: 2 years* of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements include: 2 years of experience working with SQL, R, Python, or similar languages; 2 years of experience working with Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or similar data visualization tools; 2 years of experience leading a team of analysts or data scientists in ongoing quantitative analysis to help leverage data into actionable insights; 2 years of experience performing data warehousing and modeling, A/B tests, and applying analytics models to large data sets; and 2 years of experience building data pipelines in complex data environments. *In lieu of a Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive, post- baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related.
