Joining the team at a stage of rapid growth, you’ll own the paid funnel, bringing a perfect blend of quantitative and qualitative to scale a performance-driven, highly creative paid social machine. This role is as tactical as it is strategic; on a daily basis you’ll be hands-on concepting new ad creatives, making, sourcing and edits assets, developing and optimizing post-click experiences from landing pages creation to conversion rate optimization, and everything in between to exceed ambitious revenue targets. We’re excited to bring on people who are ready to ‘lean in,’ be invested in growing the brand as much as they’re invested in growing themselves personally and professionally, and join us on the impact-driven journey that is Marin. • Work closely with the CEO, Founders, Senior Manager of Marketing, Senior Brand Designer and Media buyer to ideate, create/source, edit and test high-performing video and static ad creatives across channels • Analyze creative, test and campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement. • A keen understanding of creative strategy, with the ability to brief, ideate, and optimize high-performing ad creatives.
