Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Paid Media strategies that align with client goals and objectives • Oversee the execution of Paid Media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other channels • Serve as a thought leader with our clients and provide readouts on performance on a weekly basis • Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives • Optimize campaigns to ensure achievement of client KPIs • Monitor industry trends and innovations to ensure our Paid Media offerings remain cutting-edge and effective • Suggest and support leadership in coming up with and implementing internal and external processes within the organization Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in Paid Media, with a focus on performance marketing • Proven track record of developing and executing successful Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders • Experience working with a variety of industries and clients, DTC-focused companies a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field If the above resonates with you and you’re excited about joining a fast-growing agency, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity!
