The SEM Manager is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy across Tao Group Hospitality venues, with a primary focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search campaigns. Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) to drive ticket sales and table bookings.Own keyword research, bid management, ad copy optimization, and Quality Score improvement across all assigned venue accounts.Build and manage campaign structures that eliminate cross-venue keyword cannibalization and establish clear search territory for each venue.Execute A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.Implement and optimize conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager setup, GA4 integration, and platform pixel configuration.Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze search query reports, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.Manage substantial paid search budgets with accountability to ROAS targets and conversion goals.Provide regular performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on landing page optimization and A/B testing strategies.Assist and/or complete additional duties as assigned Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong emphasis on SEM and paid search, preferably within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or ticketed events.Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) with proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROAS.Deep understanding of keyword research, bid management, ad copy optimization, and Quality Score improvement.Experience with Google Ads scripts, automated bidding strategies, and advanced audience targeting.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.Experience with Meta Business Manager and paid social campaigns a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS systems and Oracle knowledge preferred.Excellent communication and project management skills.21+ years of age Must have strong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesMust have good positive energy throughout the dayMust be able to read the computer monitors and print legiblyMust be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the officeMust be able to push and lift up to 25 lbs.Small to Medium office environmentOffice, Casino, Nightclub, Bar, Lounge, and/or Restaurant working environment5-25% Local Travel (United States)Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volumeMay work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be requiredMaintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standardsMust be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous mannerAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityAbility to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
