We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Manager, Performance Marketing who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will own Sezzle's paid media strategy and execution across the full funnel, leading seven-figure budgets and driving measurable growth across several metrics including revenue, subscription, app usage and engagement.
