Advertising Trust is seeking a Senior Manager, PMT with industry experience to drive Amazon's Demand Side Platform (DSP) moderation strategy. You and the team will be responsible for enabling DSP revenue growth through an expert understanding of the DSP business, customers, and technology. Key job responsibilities • Re-define the product vision for ADSP moderation • Lead a team of Product Managers to define high-impact, customer-focused product strategy and roadmap • Launch new product and services that measurably improve the ADSP advertiser experience • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, advertiser experience, revenue, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams • Hire and develop a high performing team of Product Managers, raising the bar with each hire and mentoring your team to create a world-class team • Experience building products for Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) or Supply Side Platforms (SSP) The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market.
