As a Senior Manager, Product Management - Tech, Ad CX, you will lead the charge in defining, inventing and launching ad solutions that will surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers alike, leveraging you deep knowledge of advertising technologies. Key job responsibilities • Set a global product vision for Ad CX • Lead a team of Product Managers in developing and executing on a high-impact, customer-focused product strategy and roadmap for Ad CX • Launch high impact products and services that enhance Ad CX and drive business success with advertisers • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, monetization, technical and operational lift, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams • Hire and develop a high performing team of Product Managers, raising the bar with each hire and mentoring your team to attain their business and career goals • Design the right team structure and mechanisms to meet long-term business goals As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers.
