Senior Manager, Retail Advertising

Stella Rising is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Retail Media to support the growth of our brands across retail media networks. This role will require end-to-end management of retail media advertising initiatives, from strategy development to campaign implementation and ongoing optimization. Your deep knowledge and expertise in Retail Media platforms will not only contribute to the success of campaigns but also support the growth and development of junior team members. As an added level of responsibility, you will also be working closely with team leadership to advance the work, processes and innovation for yourself and overall team. • Working closely with designated client leads to ensure seamless collaboration, execution, and communication (80%+ of your time should be dedicated toward your clients and client teams) • Own end-to-end retail media advertising strategy and execution (strategy development, keyword and audience research, campaign builds and implementation, budget pacing, ongoing performance analysis and optimizations, reporting, client management, A/B testing, etc.)
