Senior Manager, Social Media

As a Senior Manager for Social Media, you will help lead the strategy to grow, engage, and enroll our audiences across our social media channels. This role will develop, execute, and evaluate the creative development of ‘heartbeat’ and brand- building content to best reach, enroll, and engage audiences. Responsibilities: Social Growth and Engagement Strategy \\- Leads the strategy of the social media editorial calendar for Company channels, optimizing for growth and engagement across each channel \\- Leads ideation, execution, and delegation of engagement opportunities to connect audiences to ways to support Company’s brand growth, community building, and social impact actions \\- Writes and edits copy and designs assets for social media posts as needed \\- Monitors social conversations, ensures Company catches every opportunity to engage with our audiences \\- Maintains a pulse on digital audiences outside of Company as inspiration for audience development tactics and proactively pitches ideas from external inspiration sources \\- Owns projects from start to finish with minimal supervision or guidance \\- Ability to draft holistic social media strategy for campaigns or other projects, that also reaches long- term departmental goals, with minimal guidance \\- Supports ideation and execution for community engagement tactics (ie project managing an IG Live, responding to comments) Creative Development \\- Ideates and executes on heartbeat content production + distribution to reach, engage, enroll audiences. \\- Collaboratively inform the creative as directed by overall audience strategy, tone and voice to effectively connect with audiences. Helps identify top and bottom performing posts on a weekly basis \\- Leads ongoing tracking of goals and data to reach campaign goals through weekly digital reports with pacing towards KPIs Communicates campaign progress proactively to the wider team and Executives \\- Ability to independently leverage data and metrics to inform strategic decisions, which are delivered to key stakeholders Qualifications: \\- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entertainment, English, Journalism or a related field \\- At least 4 years of community management for major brand(s) at an agency or at a brand, or impressive social media internship experience with data that shows you grew and engaged communities \\- Strong project coordination, creative, copywriting and analytical skills \\- Experience with all advertising and paid media platforms on social networks \\- Knows and stays on top of best practices across a variety of social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
