Senior Marketing and Business Development Leader

Business Development and Marketing Leadership Role This senior-level position is responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and building strong client relationships. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Cornerstone's client base • Managing and maintaining existing client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to position Cornerstone as a leading general contractor in Alaska • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, and/or advertising, with a focus on lead generation and business development • Proven track record of generating B2B leads and driving business growth • Experience utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to build brand awareness and drive engagement • Proficiency in using marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Docs, WordPress, Yoast) • Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams) • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and/or advertising, with a focus on business development and lead generation • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on construction industry knowledge • Experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels • Expertise in using marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Docs, WordPress, Yoast) • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on marketing and business development
