Senior Marketing and Engagement Leader

• *Job Description:** The ideal candidate will have experience in showcasing the city, building its brand, and strengthening relationships that foster community engagement. This is a supervisory position that reports to the Communications Manager and provides backup support in their absence. The Senior Marketing and Engagement Leader will be responsible for assisting with the creation, implementation, and annual updating of a citywide strategic marketing and communications plan. They will supervise a team of creative professionals within the Communications Department and work collaboratively with Communications team members and other City departments to identify communications needs and devise creative concepts, collateral, and engaging messaging that align with the City's Strategic Pillars and brand guidelines.
