The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead a broad set of marketing programs as the company's initial marketing specialist, partnering with senior commercial leadership and the sales group. The work centers on shaping technical subject matter into engaging messaging for a specialized professional audience.

What you'll do

- Plan, write, design and publish a recurring calendar of social media posts.

- Produce a regular email newsletter and campaigns tied to industry gatherings.

- Handle event planning, exhibit setup and follow-up outreach together with sales colleagues.

- Operate online advertising programs each month while watching spend against lead efficiency.

- Keep the public website accurate and up to date as offerings and information change.

**Requirements**

What we're looking for

- Background in marketing, communications or product marketing.

- Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and website management tools.

- Comfort applying AI tools across research, writing, creative and campaign work.

- Familiarity with at least some of social, email, paid and event-based marketing.

- Solid visual design skills, including layout, graphics and possibly video or motion.

- An academic background in a STEM discipline, or marketing studies paired with exposure to life sciences or healthcare.

- A grounding in science, such as a life science or related STEM degree or familiarity with laboratory methods.

- Skill at collaborating across teams to turn technical findings into clear narratives for expert readers.

- Ability to work on-site five days a week.

Bonus points

- Experience partnering with sales development teams or supporting lead handoffs.

- Base salary: USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year
