The role requires deep technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Serve as liaison with IT, providing business requirements while understanding technical requirements as well as reporting any SFMC specific discrepancies or enhancements. • Provide technical support and leadership by bridging content and data using AMPscript and SQL code. Experience and Education Requirements • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing or financial services company. • Ability to configure, test, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns through the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
