What You Will Do: • Lead the development and execution of integrated communications strategies that support eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives, product releases, and roadmap milestones • Led editorial efforts on behalf of eCommerce and Digital Marketing Division to ensure representation in digital and enterprise communication channels • Ensure all division communications meet Brand guidelines and follow legal review process for external audiences • Drive professional aligned look and feel to eCommerce and Digital Marketing messaging across 13 Cat dealer web pages • Measure impact of eCommerce and Digital Marketing communications and strategy for continuous improvement and increased dealer engagement. Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market. • Dealer & Sales Enablement Communications: Experience creating enablement materials such as presentations, webinars, toolkits, and training content that drive understanding and adoption of digital commerce initiatives • eCommerce & Digital Product Acumen: Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing concepts, and product lifecycle communications to effectively translate technical updates into meaningful business value.
