Senior Marketing Coordinator

In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to: • Writing, designing, developing, and producing marketing/pursuit materials for our clients that showcase our brand, our people, and our strengths of experience in documents and graphic presentations. • Develop, research, coordinate, layout, and produce proposals, graphics, presentations, and other marketing collateral materials • Write Non-technical text including the creation of boilerplate materials, documents, and reports as needed to support projects and pursuits • Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials • Provide storyboarding and message development for proposals • Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications • Production work including compiling, binding, and manually preparing documents and reports for client submittal • Maintain and update database including pursuit and contract information (CRM), proposals, resumes, and project descriptions • Interface with internal project/client managers, marketing team, technical staff, and sub-consultants in the development of pursuit materials and client submittals • Organizational skills, understanding of marketing processes, management of processes, and attention to detail • Coordinating tradeshow, conference participation, client events, and public involvement events.
