Senior Marketing Manager - 4KD1

Growing E-Commerce retail brand is looking for multi-talented Senior Marketing Manager unafraid to tackle multiplatform projects. This client is looking for someone incredibly hands-on that will work collaboratively with the Marketing Director and take charge of all marketing both traditional and digital efforts when needed. \\- Adjust bids for advertisement and over campaigns \\- Conduct A/B testing, report and adjust based on performance \\- Create segmented audiences and develop hyper-specific campaigns for them \\- Assist in all SEO strategy, conduct keyword research, and strategize content to increase traffic \\- Stay abreast of online negative feedback, and perform crisis control to maintain and promote positive branded content \\- Often work independently, but work expertly in a team environment when needed, and provide creative solutions for project and consumer road blocks Background Profile: \\- Robust experience with paid advertisement – Google Ads, Facebook Business, Instagram Business, etc. \\- Ability to set, edit and track web advertisements \\- Robust understanding social media platforms and strategy development \\- SEO experience, ability to report on key words and strategize content to increase both traffic and engagement \\- Experience creating segmented audiences and conducting A/B testing with positive proven record \\- Experience working with Ecommerce, and D2C product companies \\- Motivated self-starter able to work under pressure and tight deadlines \\- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills \\- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills \\- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and project manage This is an on-site full time opportunity near Hollywood, FL.
