Senior Marketing Manager, Listerine EH

This position reports to Vice President, Self Care Franchise for EMEA and is based at Skillman, NJ or Summit, NJ. The Senior Marketing Manager will work with a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, Design, and marketing leads to develop growth plans based on consumer, category, and competitive data and insights. • Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets’ teams to understand consumer insights and challenges, the go to market and the trends to deliver the best long-term plans for the brand. Innovation and Portfolio Excellence - • Delivers a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations. • Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets’ teams to d eliver the brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs.
