Senior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who understands the marine industry, thrives working with dealer networks, and is driven to grow into a larger leadership role as we scale. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead DEKit’s day-to-day marketing operations and execute strategies that support OEM and dealer sales, dealer performance, retail product growth, and consumer demand. OEM Marketing & Partnership Development • Develop Co-Branding Initiatives: Create and execute co-marketing programs, case studies, and joint promotional campaigns with key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to drive mutual visibility and sales. Dealer Support & Channel Marketing • Work closely with existing dealers to provide marketing resources, sales tools, promotional materials, and brand-aligned content. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with internal teams, dealers, partners, and customers.
