We are currently looking for an experienced marketing leader to spearhead Brand Owner Growth for SMB advertisers on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key owner for Brand Owner Growth within SMB Global Performance Marketing, defining and executing strategies that promote the adoption of Sponsored Brands and other brand-enhancing solutions.Utilize Voice of Customer (VOC) research, advertiser feedback, segmentation, and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities, eliminate barriers to adoption, and guide marketing, product, and roadmap decisions.Design and implement global multi-channel Go-To-Market programs through Email, Seller Central, Ads Console, Amazon Ads Academy, and educational content to boost awareness, engagement, and retention.Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Marketing Effectiveness & Insights teams to influence roadmap priorities, launch new capabilities, and seamlessly integrate solutions into scalable lifecycle marketing strategies.Lead the quarterly and annual planning for Brand Owner Growth goals, encompassing business case development, roadmap prioritization, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment.Drive ongoing optimization via experimentation, audience segmentation, lifecycle measurement, and performance analysis to enhance advertiser engagement, retention, and enduring value.Pioneer the adoption of measurement solutions, AI-driven advertising tools, and partner technology integrations while creating scalable education and enablement programs.Establish operational mechanisms, automation processes, and reporting frameworks to track adoption, engagement, attributable revenue, and long-term customer growth outcomes.Basic Qualifications: Expertise in building cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategies and consumer insights that lead to compelling creative executions.Proven experience in overseeing the creative development of innovative projects from concept to delivery.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.5+ years of experience in developing and implementing customer lifecycle, growth marketing, or Go-To-Market strategies that enhance product adoption, engagement, and long-term customer value.Strong analytical skills, with a history of utilizing customer feedback, behavioral data, segmentation, and performance metrics to derive actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies and influence product and business direction.Location: New York, NY - 155,400.00 - 210,300.00 USD annually or Seattle, WA - 141,000.00 - 190,700.00 USD annually.
