Our team builds partnerships across the advertising landscape to drive innovation and growth for all brands, including those that do not sell on Amazon.com.As part of the Partner Growth Marketing team, the Inbound GTM function will develop program strategies to connect with partners and to influence product development, alpha/beta lifecycles, and product roadmap decisions from the partner point of view. You should have experience in partner marketing, technology partnerships, or related fields, with a particular understanding of creative technology solutions. These could include, but are not limited to round tables, feedback sessions, and kick-off gatherings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of inbound marketing activity for all priority partners.Capture and synthesize partner feedback around product features and usability for delivery throughout the Marketing organization, inclusive of PMM and Product teams, to inform roadmap and product decisions.Build and own repeatable mechanisms for information capture and dissemination.Measure and report on partnership success metrics, providing insights to optimize programs and demonstrate impact.Basic QualificationsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvements6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experienceExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience communicating results to senior leadershipExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languagesPreferred QualificationsExperience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partnersExperience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprintAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
