Wayfair is looking for a strategic, agile and results-oriented leader to oversee our YouTube, Audio, and Programmatic Video media investments. The ideal candidate will bring depth of experience in YouTube and programmatic platforms, a strong fluency in audience targeting and measurement, and experience mentoring and scaling teams. • Develop the creator strategy and operational plan across YouTube & Audio, utilizing 3p partners to build relationships and deliver a high volume of platform-native content • Act as the subject matter expert on YouTube, ensuring advanced capabilities in targeting, creative formats, bidding strategies, and measurement frameworks are leveraged across campaigns. What You’ll Need: • 8+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, or buying, with specific depth in YouTube and programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
