Lead Cat Certified Used (CCU) program support, including coordinating CCU/CVA/EPP initiatives across field teams and dealer networks.Drive CCU scorecard leadership, including reviewing results, identifying performance gaps, and preparing leadership-level insights and questions.Ensure CCU Audit compliance, supporting dealers in understanding requirements and helping resolve discrepancies.Lead or contribute to training programs related to Used, CCU, and inspection processes, ensuring materials align with 2030 growth goals and dealer needs.Produce and distribute the monthly Used Equipment newsletter, ensuring insights, industry trends, and updates are clear and actionable.
