This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in product, strategy, or growth functions, who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about improving the customer experience through data-backed product improvements. What You'll Bring: • 2–3 years of experience in product strategy, product analytics, customer experience, or retention-focused roles, ideally at a DTC, eCommerce, or consumer tech company.
