Senior Marketing Specialist

You’ll be the brand steward for Noir across every channel. You must be actively using AI (Claude Skills, Claude Code) to accelerate your marketing work today Hands-on video production skills: ability to personally shoot and edit high-quality short-form video for social platforms Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) (PostHog, Claude Skills) Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across channels and audiences Experience building email marketing programs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI Self-starter who thrives with ownership and operates independently
