Senior Marketing Specialist

The Senior Marketing Specialist will support recruitment teams across our various Hueman Divisions through operational and recruitment marketing activities to ensure success with our valued client partners. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment marketing relationships with our account teams and clients to ensure success on campaigns and projects that help meet business goals. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter that can lead projects across a variety of teams and stakeholders and possesses a thorough understanding of marketing concepts and strategies. • Manage marketing activities for Healthcare Large and Medium client accounts and lead projects with content and advertising subject matter experts to ensure tasks are executed according to project timeline, in compliance client brand guidelines, and in support of partnership goals. • Collaborate with recruitment marketing managers to support the implementation of new clients, which may include developing marketing strategy, conducting competitor and market research, and coordinating the development of digital content and advertising account setup.
