We're looking for a senior-level marketing strategist to step into a fractional leadership role and help run the agency day-to-day while owning client strategy and outcomes. You'll act as the internal strategy lead for the team and the strategic point of contact for select client accounts. While this is a senior strategy role, we're also in a building phase. Strategic Account Leadership • Serve as the senior strategist and strategic owner across client accounts • Personally manage a small portfolio of clients as primary point of contact • Lead monthly client meetings and ongoing strategy conversations • Build and present client performance reports • Conduct strategy audits and recommend pivots or improvements • Own client outcomes, performance, and overall marketing direction • Attend client kickoff meetings and select discovery calls • Participate in high-strategy client projects such as brand launches and marketing plans • Provide final review of client reports with insights and recommendations This is a player-coach role in a growing agency.
