Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic display, CTV, streaming audio, digital OOH, geofencing, and other paid platforms Build media strategies that fit each client's goals, budget, and audience Place media buys: targeting, bidding, placements, budgets, and pacing across platforms Watch performance daily and adjust targeting, creative, messaging, and placements to improve results Manage our media‑seller relationships, staying in regular contact with our out‑of‑home, radio, and local sports partners to line up placements and rates Research audience, competitor, and market research to find where campaigns can grow Update and resize ad creative and copy in-platform to keep tests moving Work closely with our designers, developers, content creators, and strategists so campaigns stay on‑brand Lead client communication on your accounts: strategy, reporting, and recommendations, while serving as their strategic advisor Present monthly reporting and build dashboards for clients Keep up with platform changes, attribution models, privacy shifts, and new ad tech Pitch in on agency growth through case studies, award submissions, and internal projects
