Senior Marketing Strategist

The Senior Marketing Strategist is a high-level individual contributor in marketing strategy, responsible for leading the development and execution of complex, high-impact campaign strategies across assigned Crystal Bridges and the Momentary portfolios (general awareness and membership). Working under the direction of the Head of Marketing Strategy, this role serves as a senior strategic partner and subject matter expert, translating institutional priorities into actionable, insight-driven marketing plans that drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue. Lead end-to-end campaign strategy development, including:Audience segmentation and developmentPositioning and messaging frameworksChannel strategy and media mix recommendationsGo-to-market planning and campaign phasingBudget and invoice managementServe as the primary strategic lead for portfolio stakeholders, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and institutional goals. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fieldExpertise in strategic marketing planning, campaign development, and audience engagement/segmentationStrong analytical and insight-driven decision-making skillsProven ability to lead complex, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through executionAdvanced understanding of audience segmentation, positioning, and customer journey mappingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence without authority and lead through expertiseStrong collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsKnowledge of arts, culture, or nonprofit marketing is a plus The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
