• Lead the internal marketing team, ensuring accountability for content execution and campaign performance. • Ensure all advertising aligns with dealership sales initiatives and brand positioning. • Social Media Strategy & Management (Built Internally): • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or advertising, preferably in a business to consumer retail or automotive industry. • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work with a multitude of teams including store leadership, advertising agencies, and external vendors.
