Senior Media Buyer

Our client is seeking a data-driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join their growing marketing team in Madison, Wisconsin, US . This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated media campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, traditional media, and emerging channels, with a proven ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, identifying target audiences, negotiating media buys, managing campaign performance, and analyzing data to identify key insights and areas for improvement. You will work closely with the creative and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize ROI. Experience with programmatic advertising, social media advertising, SEM, and display advertising is essential. Familiarity with various ad tech platforms (DSPs, DMPs, ad servers) is required. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong negotiation abilities. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in media buying or planning, is required. Experience managing significant media budgets and demonstrating a track record of successful campaign performance is highly valued.
