If you understand how to turn ad spend into signed cases and booked appointments, this role is for you. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Proven experience managing campaigns for: Personal Injury Attorneys Medical / Healthcare providers (chiropractors, clinics, etc.) Strong understanding of: Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting Attribution and data accuracy Lead generation funnels Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions (not just optimize bids) Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Google and Meta Ads: 2 years (Required) Managing PI and Medical Campaign: 2 years (Required) Orlando, FL 32801 (Required)
