In this role, you will serve as a trusted consultant both internally and externally on all aspects of your media plans with a strong focus on audience-based buying.Key Role FunctionsCreate end-to-end media plans and programs that support ongoing customer acquisition and product awareness effortsPromote brands through various forms of mediaIdentify target audiences and specific messages, channels, and tacticsServe as a subject matter expert in media and advertising technologyAdvise our line of business partners on their media plansLiaison between Humana business teams and our media/creative/agenciesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field5 years of experience in Media Marketing Strategy and CommunicationsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, media marketingStrong, demonstrated project management skillsStrong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysisStrong, demonstrated strategic skills and consulting skillsMarketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projectsExcellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organizationMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Communication or BusinessExperience working in the health insurance industryAdditional InformationAll Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.Connectivity - Requirement DetailsTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates.
