The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is interested in building a career in digital advertising in an agency setting.Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000Expectation to work from one of our offices (Chicago, DC, NYC, SF, LA) at least 3 days a weekWhat the Day-to-Day Looks LikeSupport lead planners on complex advertising campaigns across all planning, launching, management and reporting aspectsWork closely with internal media buying, marketing analytics teams and client service teams to bring media programs to life.Participate in all phases of advertising campaign planning and execution, including:Research audience insights, develop media mix, budget allocations and integrated media strategies to align with client objectivesLead media plan launches including relevant paperwork, ad trafficking, proof of performance, creative delivery and internal communicationIdentify media KPIs that align with client objectives and monitor and optimize to achieve client goals. Handle any discrepancies among internal and external partnersManage vendor communications, requests for proposals (RFPs) and negotiate items such as rates, terms and conditions, and added valueKeep abreast of media trends and technologies, proactively sharing new opportunities with the wider paid media teamCompile updates on vendor capabilities and offerings; maintain and update internal tracking systemWhat You Bring2-4 year(s) relevant work experience; exposure to digital media planning from internships, fellowships or coursework idealExperience running campaigns for political, public affairs, and/or corporate clientsEnthusiasm for Democratic and progressive politics, and excitement to work with our non-profit and corporate clientsAnalytical thinking skills, with knowledge of media consumption tools like Comscore and Global Web Index (GWI), and business intelligence dashboard software such as Google Analytics, Datorama or TableauStrong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skillsStrong organization skills and attention to detailA readiness to work independently, grow quickly, learn new skills, think big, and get the job doneBPI offers a wide range of benefits to U.S. -based employees, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program with employer match up to 4%, generous time off for vacation, $50 monthly phone reimbursement, unlimited sick time, and 16 weeks of paid leave for new parents .
