Senior Meta Ads Strategist & Creative Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our team full-time as we launch and scale two fast-growing brands. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and knows how to turn data into profitable ad campaigns.

You will be responsible for owning the entire Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategy, from campaign execution to creative direction. A major part of your role will be managing and scaling ad creatives—working closely with and leading an editor/creative team to produce high-performing content and launch new creatives daily.

As we grow, you will play a central role in building and leading a larger team under you, helping shape the future of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns focused on profitability and scale
Continuously test and launch new ad creatives on a daily basis
Manage and lead a team of video editors/creative producers to increase output and performance
Analyze campaign performance, identify winning strategies, and scale effectively
Develop systems and processes for creative production and ad testing
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and brand positioning
Build and manage a growing team as workload increases

Requirements:

Strong understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and conversion optimization
Experience managing creatives and directing content production teams
Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage teams
Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-focused
