Most campaigns include one or more of the following: 3+ years managing Meta and Google Ads professionally for real clients or companiesProven experience managing conversion-focused campaignsStrong understanding of campaign structure, optimization, and scalingExperience managing cold, warm, and retargeting funnelsAbility to work independently and make sound optimization decisionsStrong attention to detail and organizationEnglish fluencyPreferred Experience (Bonus)Experience working on live events, ticket sales, or music campaignsExperience with TikTok AdsExperience with Google Tag ManagerExperience with Looker Studio or performance reporting toolsDirectly managed at least $20,000 in monthly ad spend across Meta and/or Google Ads Has directly managed at least $300,000 in lifetime ad spend across Meta and/or Google Ads Tools You Should Be Comfortable With Compensation is based on experience, campaign scope, and workload.
