You'll work closely with our Growth and Creative teams while owning strategy and execution for a number of paid channels; managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets while driving new customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy & Execution ○ Develop, execute, and scale full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels to achieve growth and efficiency targets. ○ Own campaign setup, budgeting, audience segmentation, and optimization to drive ROAS, CPA, and LTV performance. ○ Manage daily/weekly/monthly budgets; assist with forecasting, etc. Creative Collaboration ○ Partner with the creative team to provide insights based on ad performance data; helping shape ad angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks that convert.
