You’ll work with our media buyer and lead digital advertising strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, managing ad budgets, refining targeting, testing creatives, and proving ROI. Requirements • 3–5+ years experience in a performance marketing or paid media role • Proven ability to manage ad budgets and campaigns across multiple platforms • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions • Based in San Antonio, TX, or willing to relocate • Prior agency experience (preferred but not required) We’re looking for someone who meets most of the criteria above, If you do, we’d love to hear from you.
