This is a role for someone who knows how to run paid ads that don’t just look good, but convert. Ideally, in a creative agency environment that thrives on fast-paced collaboration, creative problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions.Your Core Focus AreasOwn the paid media strategy for multiple brands, driving results through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.Plan, build, and manage multi-platform ad campaigns from start to finish, including media plans, audience targeting, ad copy, creative briefs, and landing pages.Work with our Media Buyer to execute campaigns, monitor pacing, and make real-time optimizations to maximize ROAS and conversions .Lead campaign analysis , delivering reports with insights and next-step recommendations.Manage ad budgets from $3K/month to $50K+ depending on the partner.Strategize and implement conversion tracking , using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and more.Additional Responsibilities (20–30%)Support email marketing campaigns and automations (we use Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and more).Partner with our SEO and content strategists for integrated performance marketing strategies.Collaborate with the design and social teams to ensure paid and organic efforts are aligned.Maintain documentation like campaign calendars, performance dashboards, creative briefs , and budget spreadsheets.Have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience running PPC and paid social campaigns.Have worked in a creative agency (preferred, but not required).Are a data-driven marketer with a track record of improving performance metrics across campaigns.Can confidently present insights and results to partners and internal stakeholders.Write compelling ad copy and understand the power of messaging in performance campaigns.Thrive in a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple brands is the norm.Have working knowledge of email, SEO, and content marketing, even if paid is your jam.Tools You’ll Use:Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Looker Studio (Data Studio)CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)What It’s Like at Tribu:We move fast.
