Senior Paid Search Manager – Digital Marketing Agency Location: Buffalo, NY (In-office) Position Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role Compensation: $90,000 + performance-based bonuses About Us: We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in building elite online strategies for contractors and home service brands across the U.S. Our work combines custom website design, Google Ads, SEO, and conversion optimization to drive real revenue for our clients. What You'll Do: • Audit and optimize existing Google Ads accounts across multiple clients • Develop and implement scalable paid search strategies that consistently improve lead generation performance • Lead, mentor, and grow an internal PPC team while serving as the agency's go-to SEM expert • Collaborate with design and development teams to create high-converting ad creative and landing page experiences • Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends — bring new tools, bidding strategies, and innovations to the table • Establish and track performance KPIs to drive data-driven optimizations and client success • Work directly with Account Managers to align paid search efforts with client business objectives • Lead PPC discovery sessions and strategy presentations during client onboarding • Build SOPs, testing frameworks, and playbooks for campaign management and team training • Manage agency budgets across multiple accounts while maintaining profitability and growth targets You're a Fit If You: • Have 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience with 2+ years in a leadership or senior strategy role • Have a proven track record of scaling campaigns, improving ROAS, and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Master Google Ads and campaign types including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing • Are obsessed with data — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush, SpyFu, etc. • Know how to communicate complex PPC concepts to both marketing teams and business owners • Have experience creating scalable processes, testing protocols, and team management frameworks • Can lead a team and foster a performance-driven, results-oriented culture • Understand conversion tracking, attribution, and how paid search connects to the broader marketing funnel • Understand the practical uses of AI and how it can be applied to the benefit of our clients and your workflow
