Senior Paid Social Creative

overview We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Creative to concept, produce, edit, and iterate mobile-first ad creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Success in this role requires equal parts creative judgment, editing craft, and speed. You'll work closely with our paid media team to develop, test, and refine creative that earns attention and drives results. Strong understanding of how creative performance is measured and reported across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with the ability to read performance data and identify which engagement signals matter most for the campaign goal. Experience working with creators or UGC-style content.
