Senior Paid Social Media Buyer

Experience: 3+ years in paid media This role is for someone who has managed accounts independently, understands performance at scale, and can think strategically about growth, creative testing, and optimization. You’ll be responsible for driving results across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, while collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end paid ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns with performance accountability • Develop and execute testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and offers • Analyze performance trends and translate data into clear actions • Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling decisions across platforms • Provide feedback to creative teams based on performance insights • Maintain clean account structures, naming conventions, and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders to align paid media strategy with business goals What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads budgets independently • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager (required) • Proven experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads • Strong understanding of performance metrics and conversion funnels • Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Clear communication and ability to explain results and decisions
