Your data-driven and consultative approach to sales and growing business relationships will be the key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers.You'll sweep us off our feet if:You have 5+ years' digital sales and retail media/shopper marketing experienceYou can successfully navigate C-Suite relationships at brands and agenciesYou have a proven track record of leveraging data to create performance insights, compelling presentations, and identify sales opportunitiesYou can handle, grow, and prioritize multiple accountsYou take a team-first mindset and like to win together!Additional Qualifications:5+ years experience in digital sales, Search/Sponsored Products, Display, DR, Performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation backgroundStrong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship managementExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-throughProven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sellingStrong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured mannerStrong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutionsExperience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferredAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
