This team will work with external partners to support large numbers of Small and Medium Business Advertisers across multiple countries and accelerate their growth. Basic Qualifications • - 10+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising or Program Management • - Proven track record in managing external vendors or outsourced sales teams • - Experience of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management • - Experience hiring and developing top talents • - Proven ability to influence Product and Tech teams • - Proven ability to lead others, even in a remote management environment. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market. Amazon is a total compensation company.
