Senior People Business Partner, Tech

We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support our engineering organization. You will partner directly with engineering leaders (VP+) and serve as a mentor and guide to more junior members of our People team. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, and we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the United States for this position. What You'll Be Doing: • Serve as a Strategic Partner: Proactively engage with engineering leaders (VP+) and managers to understand business challenges, anticipate people-related issues, and build scalable solutions. • Expertise in Key HR Functions: Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and change management.
