Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

We are looking for a performance marketer who owns both strategy and execution with proven experience in U.S. healthcare D2C marketing. You will spend most of your time inside Google Ads and Meta Ads, launching campaigns, optimizing performance, testing creatives, managing budgets, and driving patient acquisition. What We're Looking For • 4–7+ years managing paid media campaigns • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads — required • Proven experience managing $50K+ monthly ad spend • Strong experience across Search, Paid Social, YouTube, and Performance Max • Strong analytical skills: GA4, attribution tools, dashboards, spreadsheets • Experience optimizing full funnels including landing pages and conversion paths • Experience producing clear performance reports and translating data into decisions • Experience with HubSpot — required You will be managing campaigns, not people. And you can explain what's working and why to people who don't live in the platforms, clearly, confidently, and without jargon.
