What You'll Be Doing • Partner with engineering and product teams to identify the risks and rewards associated with new marketing & B2B products and strategies • Provide pragmatic, actionable, and globally-oriented advice to minimize legal risks while advancing business goals and objectives • Collaborate and drive cross-functional projects to resolution with a wide range of stakeholders, including Privacy, Policy, Litigation/Regulatory, Business Development and Trust & Safety • Act as one of the company’s experts on issues related to advertising, privacy, and more • Develop legal frameworks that help Discord mitigate risk and achieve its Big GoalsTM • Lead internal projects, process development, and training to empower the business and your colleagues while managing unique risks in the ads industry • Draft, manage, and update business terms and policies to support product developments Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.
