About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Product Leader to lead the development of our advertising solutions across all of our partners, including both ad placements and the back-end ad platform. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and defining the long-term strategy for our media services products. Key Responsibilities: • Growing revenue through setting and executing on a roadmap that allows us to grow the revenue of our media services business • Defining the long-term strategy for our media services products, including what placements we need to build for advertisers and what infrastructure we need to support them • Talking to customers, including advertisers, HTS partners, and Hopper users, to ensure that our products align with their needs • Running a tight product team and working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality products • Working with our sales team to iterate on our ad products and create what we know we'll be able to sell • Measuring results and collecting data around our media services business to inform our next steps Requirements: • 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in building out successful products, with experience in advertising products highly valued • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on performance insights, SQL knowledge preferred • Technical depth to communicate with engineers and understand complex technical concepts • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams Perks and Benefits: • Competitive salary and generous equity package, $140,000 - $340,000 per year • Unlimited PTO, Carrot Cash travel stipend, access to co-working space, and work-from-home stipend • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, and health reimbursement account • DCA/FSA and 401k plan access
