Responsibilities: - Lead the development and optimization of features within TikTok Ads Manager, focusing on improving the ads creation workflow and user journey for the Creative performance ads vertical. - Recommend and prioritize innovative features to enhance the usability and performance of the platform, ensuring the ad creation experience is seamless and intuitive for these verticals. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide product decisions and improve performance.
